Terms of Service

Last updated August 19, 2026

Draft — pending legal review. StackHound.ai is a pre-launch waitlist site. These terms cover the marketing website only and will be replaced by a full product agreement when StackHound launches.

Using this website

This site is provided by StackHound, a product of Ecropolis LLC, to describe the planned StackHound product and collect early-access signups. You may browse it and submit the waitlist form for legitimate purposes only — not to probe, disrupt, or overload the site or its infrastructure.

No product yet

StackHound is not yet available. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a guarantee of availability, pricing, or features, or a binding commitment of any kind. Feature descriptions, pricing tiers, and timelines are illustrative and may change before launch.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a contract between you and us. We may contact you about early access and related product updates using the email address you provide, and you can ask us to stop at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The StackHound name, logo, and the content of this site are the property of Ecropolis LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
