Privacy Policy

Last updated August 19, 2026

Draft — pending legal review. StackHound.ai is a pre-launch waitlist site. This policy describes our current practices and will be reviewed by counsel before the product itself launches.

This policy explains how StackHound, a product of Ecropolis LLC ("we", "us"), handles information collected through stackhound.ai. It covers this marketing and waitlist website only. Use of the StackHound application, once it launches, will be governed by its own terms.

Information we collect

This website is a static, brochure-style site with a waitlist form. We collect very little:

  • The waitlist form. If you use the form on this site we receive the name, email address, and optional description you enter. The form is operated for us by Ecropolis's shared form service, which relays the message to our inbox and keeps a copy for 180 days before deleting it automatically. It uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than a bot — Turnstile is a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA and does not track you across sites.
  • Information you email us. If you email us instead, we receive whatever you choose to include.
  • Technical request data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of the request, in order to serve and protect the site.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell personal information, and this site does not currently load any analytics.

How we use your information

Waitlist submissions are used to contact you about early access to StackHound and related product updates. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not share it with third parties except the form and hosting providers named above, who process it on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your waitlist submission at any time by emailing hello@stackhound.ai.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
