The form is operated through Ecropolis's shared form service, which relays submissions to our inbox and keeps a copy for 180 days before deleting it automatically. A copy may be retained for that period for operational, security, audit, abuse-prevention, and troubleshooting purposes.

Information you email us

If you contact us by email, we receive whatever information you choose to include, along with ordinary email metadata such as sender, recipient, timestamps, subject line, and routing information.

Technical and security information

Our hosting, security, form, and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, headers, approximate location derived from IP address, and other request or security signals.

We use Cloudflare to help host, deliver, secure, and protect the website. Cloudflare may process technical data in accordance with its own policies and service terms.

Bot and abuse protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from bots, spam, abuse, automated attacks, and malicious traffic. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA and does not track you across sites. It processes technical and device-related signals in order to perform that function.

What we do not collect here

This site does not load analytics, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking trackers. Through this marketing website we do not intentionally collect payment card information, government identification numbers, account passwords, private keys, protected health information, children's information, or customer security telemetry.

Please do not submit that kind of information through this website or its contact form.
